Innerdal Tower
Innerdalstårnet is the most popular hike in the area, and also one of the most intense peaks in Trollheimen.
The peak is also called Tårnet or Dalatårnet, and is known as Blåfjell in the NRK series 'Jul i Blåfjell'.
The hike has very airy sections and you must expect some splitting. Helmets must be worn due to the risk of rockfall from hikers higher up. The hike is not recommended in the rain or immediately after precipitation as the ascent becomes dangerously slippery. The tour is not suitable for children.
We rent out helmets at Renndølsetra, SEK 50 per helmet per day.
